GBBF Day 1. Cask. Hazy amber beer, light cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry. Decent fine carbonation. Nice light flemish red sourness, touch of cherry, light red wine tang. The mild sourness is tempered by and oaky vanilla. Light semi dry finish. A scotch ale? Mmmm - maybe this is not as intended but it’s blinking tasty!

Cask gravity at GBBF 2015. Thanks Craig. Russet colour no head whisky is subtle. Vanilla. Tangerine. Biscuit. Interesting. Glad I only had a taster though.

Cask at GBBF 2015. Cloudy reddish borne, lace. Big barrel nose, acetic, cherry, chocolate. Tastes like a rich, malty Belgian red. Huge vanilla, cream, yogurt, cherry. Wow. Great stuff. Very smooth, full, chocolate, vanilla, light caramel, vinegar aspect very mild. Excellent stuff.
