A German-style sour, brewed with sea salt, coriander and cascade hops. The brewer has taken on a unique style of german beer. Coriander, lactobacteria and salted water are three of the ingredients. Low alcohol with lots of flavor. With a pronounced structure of saltiness and acidity the beer goes well with a lot of dishes and different kinds of goat cheese.

Bottled. Slightly hazy pale amber colour with a mediumsized foamy white head. Aroma is some salts, mild lemon, mild lactic acidity with some slight herbs. Flavour pretty much follows the pattern of the aroma. OK, but nothing that exciting.

(Bottle) Pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with notes of green apples, pears, white bread, coriander and lemon peel. Fruity, slightly tart taste with apples, lemon peel, coriander, white bread and a light saltiness. Medium body, mainly dry. Tasty and refreshing, with a gentle salt touch. Quite enjoyable.

Bottled 33 cl at Haket, Göteborg, on November 15, 2017.Clear pale golden color, small white head. Smoke, acidic, light fruity scent. Acidic taste, a bit salty. Salty, sour aftertaste. Very fizzy growing mouthfeel, very low bitterness.5/3/6/2/11=2.7

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy, pale yellow with a creamy and lacing white head. Lactic, tart aroma with quite some yeast blending in. Light body, refreshingly tart as in drinking yoghurt! Very downplayed hops. A discreet whiff of coriander perhaps. 020316
