A German-style sour, brewed with sea salt, coriander and cascade hops. The brewer has taken on a unique style of german beer. Coriander, lactobacteria and salted water are three of the ingredients. Low alcohol with lots of flavor. With a pronounced structure of saltiness and acidity the beer goes well with a lot of dishes and different kinds of goat cheese.

Flaska från SB. Gose möter wit. Lätt, välavstämd med en riktigt trevlig smakbild. Väldigt lätt, frisk men lätt syra, lite koriander, sälta, vete och några droppar citron. Väldigt läskande, närmast perfekt sommardryck.

Sample at Systembolaget. A bit hazy light golden with a white head. Aroma of light funk, citrus, light hops and something that reminded of vinegar. Similar taste. Maybe some really light notes of salt in the finish. Light and quite refreshing.
