Bubbly off white head stayed on a translucent, light golden body. Malt, pith & hoppy aroma. Medium bodied. Finely carbonated on the palate, clean & dry on the finish. Very bitter tastes of pith, citrus rind, grapefruit & an almost medicinal back.

GBBF Day 1. Cask. Light haze on this gold beer, a few white bubbles. Palate is light and dry with decent fine carbonation. Light pale malts, some sweetness. Grapefruit marmalade. Light semi dry finish. Mild bitter linger. Not quite the beer I was hoping for to represent Arsenal!
