Crisp & lively, the hazy smoothness of this unfiltered White Ale is roused by the crackling of spring spices. From a hint of sweetness from orange peel & plum to the peppery bite of fresh ground coriander, the subtle blend of spices creates just the right refreshing kick to signal that spring is on its way. Cheers!

Yeast, bread, and coriander nose, in that order. Cloudy amber, medium head, little retention. Yeast and beans, lemon and coriander at midpalate. Faint banana finish. Light body, fizzy. I had hoped for so much more, but it’s still somewhat enjoyable.

On tap at The Chateau. Aroma is moderately floral. Decent sized white head with moderate duration. Good lacing and hazy gold color. Medium fruity sweetness dominates the bitterness of the hops with soft carbonation and medium body. Decent finish. Overall, a pretty decent above average beer.

Hazy gold and a white head. A bit of spicy yeast notes, floral, sweet, light coriander. Decent but not really my speed.

Tap@Cheesecake Factory, Dolphin Mall, Miami. Orangey amber beer with a light head. The aroma is gingery and spiced with orange peel. The flavour is citrusy orange with spice and some gingery sourness. Overall a reasonable witbier beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draught at Dinosaur Bar-B-Que, Newark, NJ
Cloudy blond color, compact head. Dry and crisp wheat beer, with a bread touch; unfortunately the bitterness is too low, because it could be a decent beer (but not a Witbier).

35 cl bottle at Red Lobster, Manhattan, NY. Cloudy light orange color, average white head. Spicy nose. Aroma of witbier, orange peel and spices. Thin malt profile, dusty texture, dry finish. Taste sweetish, medium bodied, quite ok, a summer one however.

Bottle. Pours hazy golden with a large white head. Smells of lemon, grass. Tastes of lemon pledge, light spice. Fine, but seems like it should be a summer brew.
