Keg at Craft Beer Helsinki. Clear amber, small head. Caramelly fruity nose. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Fruity and caramelly. No trace of hop aroma. Resinous bitter finish.

Draught @SOPP Helsinki 2016. Aroma of mango, grapefruit, spruce, some hops. Smell of mango and grapefruit. Amber colour, small white head. Medium carbon, medium dry palate. Quite light body.

[ As Radbrew Castle ].Clear medium to dark orange color with a average, creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, orange, candy sweet hops, buttery hop notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, dry, hay - grass, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150722]

Tap at Three Beers. Tropical fruits (mango, pineapple), citrus and some caramel. Mild bitterness and weak sweetness. Dry finish.

Draught@SOPP 2015 Helsinki. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, some mild nectary notes as well as a bit toasted notes and grass. Flavour is fruity, floral, some caramelly and mildly toffeeish notes. Wellbalanced.

Pours orange with a large foamy head. Aroma of fruits, caramel, toffee, berries, malts and earthy notes. Taste is smooth, sweetish and malty with some fruits, berries, caramel, toffee and citrus. Finish is sweetish, malty, caramely and slightly stuffy with some fruitiness and caramely notes. Okay.

(Keg at SOPP Helsinki 2015) The beer poured deep golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, spiciness, malts and bitterness. Aftertadte was hoppy, spicy and bitter. A nice brew with surprising hop profile.
