Cask at the Cock, Pale # 1 finally makes a reappearance, 01/09/14. Lightly hazed golden blonde with a moderate off white covering. Nose is tangerine, straw, ripe melon, soft bready vibes, floral tones, lemon rind. Taste comprises floral hops, hint of pine, light peach, straw, perfumed tones, mandarin, citric peel, lemon jus. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with gentle hop bitterness. Ok mellow sessioner.

Cock Tavern. Cask. Almost clear gold beer, small white head. Palate is smooth with light fine carbonation. Smooth pale malt. Nice fruity hops. Pineapple cubes and mild tropical fruits balanced by light bitterness. Mildly tangy. Light semi dry finish. Hugely drinkable.
