BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2025. Orangey golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, funk. Taste is appley, tangy, tart with some funk, acidity and bittersweet tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying finish. Nicely drinkable

Cask at the brunswick flyer. A light hazed golden yellow coloured pour with a halo of white head, plastic, tangy apple, straw, mealy apple.. Flavour is composed of tangy tart green apple, lemon rind, squeeze of lemon. Wheat, mealy apple.

Bladder bag at the Brunswick Inn, Derby crawl, 11/02/22. Hazed orange with a scummy off white froth atop the glass. Nose is tangy apples, funk, lemon curd, dusty orchard. Taste comprises bitter sweet apples, tannins, barnyard esters, funky kiss, orchard wood. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close. Solid.
