Mustus is a koelship IPA which we first brewed in deepest lockdown last year. Loads of Chinook, Citra and Mosaic, it's orangey and hoppy in all the right places. A bit more orange than our other IPAs, Mustus is a classic IPA colour, but with added haze.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours faintly hazed orange-gold with a foamy, white head. Medium sweet flavour, moderately dank, plump citrus, orange, tangerine, mellow piney notes. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Rounded finish, light bready malts, more orange, pine. Great stuff. A little throwback.

Can, picked up at the brewery. Also a few pours onsite. Murked up deep orange gold. Thin and dense, lasting, slightly leggy white froth. Nose has full on ripe citrus and strawberry. Sweet malt. Some zesty, pulpy grapefruit. Taste has a flicker of sweetness and a nicely juicy, zesty bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel with fine carbonation. Dries out as it goes along, with a lingering moderate bitterness. Tasty stuff.
