Cosmic beer has an amber glow with an initial malt aroma. The complex balance of malt and English hops give lingering tastes of nuts, fruit and a dry hoppy bitterness.

Cask, 4.2%. Almost clear grey amber colour. Creamy white head. The flavour starts off nutty, turns slightly grainy. Also has a little caramel, perhaps just hazelnut flavour.

Cask handpull at the Wig & Pen Northampton. Beautiful clear amber colour with lasting near white head. Malty beer. Soft in mouth. Some acidity on the hops. Bit of a change from the Dark Star I had before this. Wish the couple at the bar would put each other down. Shes got nice shoes though. Also wish I hadnt broken my lap top earlier this evening.

Cask-conditioned at the Inn on the Green, Bristol 7/05/10. Amber coloured with a slight white head. Fruity aroma with a hint of spice and sulphur. Flavour of sweetish malts, berry fruit, more sulphur, with a decent bitter finish. Good.
