(Keg at SOPP Helsinki 2015) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grain, fruitiness and mild spiciness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grain, spices, fruitiness and bitterness. Afteraste was grainy and bitter. A very grainy brew. Decent.

Aroma is spicy with rosemary and quite nothing else. Perhaps some hayish malt in the background. Creamy palate, low on CO2. Flavour has grainy malt, rosemary and hints of honey. Finishes with distant milky tones, minerals and grain. At least the spices are not too strong here even though the aroma was telling me otherwise. Wait – I’ll take that back. They are too strong at the end of the glass.

A hazy, light yellow beer with a small and white head. Aroma is quite sweet, strong rosemary, also other spices and some fruitness. Taste has malts, strong rosemary that is still balanced, hint of bitterness, slightly musty in the end. Light bodied, medium carbonation. Rosemary is strong and dominating but still nice. The basic beer without rosemary is just too moderate.
