This is our first beer for the grocery stores in Sweden. It’s a low alcohol beer yet with a lot of taste. We’re mashing this beer at a higher temperature in order to build long chains of sugar which are hard for the yeast to digest. That way you get more body to your beer. We are also using quite a bit of munchener malt and light caramel malt for added mouthfeel. We’ve gone with two of our favorite hop varieties. Session Pale Ale is a great mealtime drink but it also works well as a thirst quencher.
