[ As Bryggeri Helsinki Midnight Sun ].Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, pale malt, light caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, whaet. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150723]

Draught@SOPP2015 Helsinki. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, wooden, floral, earthy and mildly wheaty notes. Flavour is floral, wooden, herbal and some toffeeish notes. Mellow, and has a quite nice bitterness to it in the finish.

Keg at SOPP, Helsinki. Clear golden, small head. Fruity nose. Mid sweet with light-medium body and clean mouthfeel. Some pear and grains, but mostly empty and sharp. Low bitterness.

Tap at the brewery. It pours clear deep amber with thick white head. The nose is toasty, grainy, wheat bread, cereal, spice and a touch of caramel. The taste is bitter, toasty, brown bread, cereal, wheat, citrus peel and peppery spice with a drying finish. Medium body and average carbonation. Not a whole lot to it. OK, but a touch boring.

Tap@ Bryggeri Helsinki. Amber colored, thick white head. Malty aroma, fruity hops, earthy notes. Flavor has citrus, wheat, hops. Bitterness in finish. A hoppy wheat ale. Bit stuffy perhaps.

(Keg at Bryggeri Helsinki, 20150603) The beer poured amber and lightly hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had malts, sulphur and grass. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, fruitiness, sweetness, citricness, mild herbalness and bitterness. Aftertaste was malty and bitter. The aroma confused my senses but the taste was good.

(Draught at Bryggeri Helsinki, 26 May 2015) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, malty nose with notes of citrus, orange and a touch of wheat. Fruity, malty taste with citrus, a touch of wheat, orange, mandarin and a balanced citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with balanced sweetness. Fresh and tasty. Quite nice.
