Sour ale dry hopped with the New Zealand hop Motueka. Recipe updated in 2018 with more hops and a different yeast.

Pours hazy golden with a white head that gives up to fast and ends up in a thin layer. Nice aroma. Sour, yeast, citric and fruity. Medium body with a fine carbonation. How how this rocks your mouth heavily. Soild acidity and bitterness! A really fresh and easy drinkable beer. Fruity, funky, citric and yeast.

Beautiful peachy color, dreadful aroma of old socks and rotten milk, taste a bit sour with tiny fruity hints, dry with old cheese and paint. An obvious infection, will try this again from a new batch.

Sampled on May 31, 2015.BB 2015-12.Cloudy to murky lemon juice color, white head. Fruity, citrus, berries, some light youghurt, acidic scent, also rhubarb stems. Acidic, green unripe berries taste. Then hits a massive wall of my all time fav (not!) wheat dough... Initial taste is good, but the aftertaste I can not take at all. Initial taste is at a 7, aftertaste would hit a 3, ends aup a 5 combined. Fizzy mouthfeel, very low bitterness. Overall score lower since I don’t enjoy the aftertaste and it just goes to not wanting to finish the beer at all.So very different from the draught version I sampled in ferbruary.7/3/5/3/5=2.3RerateBottle at 2015 Sweet & Sour.Hazy straw yellow color, small white head.
