Pours hazy golden with a white head that gives up to fast and ends up in a thin layer. Nice aroma. Sour, yeast, citric and fruity. Medium body with a fine carbonation. How how this rocks your mouth heavily. Soild acidity and bitterness! A really fresh and easy drinkable beer. Fruity, funky, citric and yeast.

Beautiful peachy color, dreadful aroma of old socks and rotten milk, taste a bit sour with tiny fruity hints, dry with old cheese and paint. An obvious infection, will try this again from a new batch.

Bottle at Katarina Ölcafé. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma and taste of citrus, apples, some pineapple and funk. Fresh and nicely drinkable with a dry and medium tart finish.

Bottle at Babajan. Very fruity aroma with some gooseberries and green apple. Similar taste with some tart yeast and fresh citrus berries, kiwi and maybe pinapple. Very refreshing.

Then hits a massive wall of my all time fav (not!) wheat dough... Initial taste is good, but the aftertaste I can not take at all. Initial taste is at a 7, aftertaste would hit a 3, ends aup a 5 combined. Fizzy mouthfeel, very low bitterness. Keg at Uppsala Ölfestival. Cloudy straw colour, rich head. Sweaty hay-like hops, lemon juice and minerals.Dry and light body, well rounded mouthfeel. Lemon juice, hay, passionfruit and grape stone bitterness.
