Draft. A hazy golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of brett, wood, berries, and spcies. The flavor is sour with notes of spices, honey, brett, and berries, leading to a tart finish.

Draught @ Highlanders Bar, Aarhus. Pours clear yellow with a white head. Aroma of malt, light sourness, yeast, light brett, light bread, wood, fruit, citrus. Falvor is light sour, malt, brett, wood, fruity, citrus. Medium body, average carbonation, dry light acidic finish. 030719

Draft @ BrewDog MalmΓΆ. Pours a hazy yellow golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity sour tart funky aroma. Fruity sour tart heather flavor. Has a fruity sour blossom finish.

Keg at BD TH, 21/05/19. Lightly hazed golden yellow with a moderate off white covering. Nose is pissy citric shreds, sweat, green berry must, damp cloth. Taste comprises tarte fruit esters, funk, herb, barnyard twang, tarte citric zest, lemon tinged straw, stoned fruits, brett tickle. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with balanced acidity. Solid well balanced sour.

Keg at brewdog Lothian road. Pours hazy yellow, nose is funk, melon, grapefruit, taste is tart, juicy fruit, funky.

Keg at Brewdog Canary wharf. A hazed mid golden coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is nice bretty funk, lemon sharpness, horsey funk, nectarine. Flavour is composed of sharp, white peach, lemon, mellow funk, apricot, pithy lemon. Palate is sharp and tart, crisp, highish carbonation. Prickly finish. Nice mix of funk and fruit.
