Bottle at home, picked up at Beer Gonzo - Cov, 26/04/15. Lightly hazed orange amber with a big old off white head that retains well - she’s a looker ! Nose is juicy hops, pine resin, apricot, tangerine, melon, fresh bread, grass. Taste comprises light mineral strokes, orange pith, melon, pine needle, straw, earthy hops, light caramel, tangerine. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Class in a glass - super crushable stuff, from the high up draws of Mother Arch that you need an elephants foot to reach !

Keg at the Lyric, Soho. It pours hazy gold with a decent white head. The nose is sweet, fresh juicy tropical fruits, tangerine, sticky orange, guava, watermelon, light earth and a touch of spice. The taste is crisp, bitter and full of juicy tropical fruits... tangerine, bitter orange, mango, grapefruit, guava etc, as well as some pepper, straw and grass notes with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Crazy drinkable. A pale ale masterpiece.
