Malt bill, ABV and hop schedule of a DIPA but fermented with saison Dupont yeast, dry hopped. Steeped fresh orange zest in secondary. Dry, bitter, clean and hop forward like a DIPA. Fruity, funky and wild like a new-world farmhouse ale.
