A copper beer with a quite weak and beige head. Aroma has mangos and other tropical fruits, some grapefruits and bananas. When warmer also some herbs. A fruitness isn’t so strong as in the aroma, it’s more tight and slightly wooden. Some fruits, herbs and fresh wood. Medium bodied, low carbonation. Unfortunately, not the most fresh and fruitful beer, but good beer, anyway.

Bottle at the Bryggeri, Helsinki. Poured a hazy dark amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is grassy nettle light resin hop. The flavour is medium bitter with a woody nettle resin light metallic hop bitter palate and a short bitter finish. Medium bitter with soft carbonation. The aroma was great, but it went a little downhill after that.

Bottle at Old Bricks. #55 BB 10/14. Dark deep clear ruby color, small white head, lace. Aroma is berryish and rye bready. Medium-bodied. Flavor is similar - berries, bread with some piney and resiny flavors in the finish. Unfortunately hops don’t feel so fresh and as such somewhat dissapointment. Needs rerate from tap.

Draught @ Villi Wäinö, Helsinki
Pours dark reddish orange with a thick foamy head. Aroma of berries, caramely malts, grassy hops and some faint hints of fruits. Taste is malty, caramely and bitter with notes of berries, hints of fruits and grass. Finish is sweetish, malty and long lasting bitter with some hints of berries and fruits. Quite malty IPA with a bit untypical hop profile. Almost feels like a light American style barley wine with all the sweet maltiness and bitterness. Could use some more refreshing fruitness from aroma hops
