As "Chaka Khan V2: Kiwi + Lime". Chaka Khan is our rotating Sour Fruit IPA. Brewed with oats, raw wheat, and lactose milk sugar, Chaka Khan was lightly soured with our house lacto culture and aggressively hopped in the whirlpool with Simcoe and Galaxy. Chaka was then fermented with a house kveik culture and dryhopped during fermentation with simcoe, mosaic cryo hops, and galaxy. After fermentation, Chaka was conditioned on 50kgs of fresh kiwi and 10kgs of lime peel.

Taster shared with Ash. Appearance: murky blonde with a weak white head. Aroma: generic fruity character with some kiwi and sour notes. Taste: similar with lime and kettle sour notes. Overall: ok.

On tap at House of Funk, pours an opaque cloudy milky yellow, no head. Nose is full of kiwi and lime, with lots of lacto. Flavour is loaded with bright kiwi, followed by lime, and lacto. Juicy and tart. Not complex but it's a fun beer.

Opaque, no head, tart, a bit messy, lots of lime, decent hop blends in nicely. Solid.

Draught at the brewery
Murky blond colour. Very nice fruity aroma, fresh juice, mango, tropical fruit, lemon and lime. Moderate sourness, but with a pleasant soft mouthfeel, and pleasant residual sweetness, strong lime.
Nice.
