Something unknown to me to finish it off. Turns out to be a pretty good imperial stout blend, some sweetness, bit of roast, light coffee. Good? Sure. Does it stand up against the previous hitters? Not really, maybe wrong moment.

Bottle thanks to Matt. Pours a very dark brown with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is bourbon, cocoa, and roast. Slick body, bourbon, roasted malt, dark chocolate, vanilla, light dry finish, very nice.

Taster on Nov-01. Appearance: very dark brown with a beige head. Aroma: bourbon, coffee, roasted malts. Taste: along the same lines, quite silky, some booze, very coffee forward. Overall: a bit too much coffee for me in this, but overall it is pretty good.

On tap at Structures, pours black with a medium brown head. Aroma brings out intense coffee upfront, with lush bourbon barrels and a trace of vanilla. Flavour is incredibly complex, with complex coffee and bourbon barrels dominating upfront, with a silky, oily palate. Elegant, rich, yet tempered and drinkable. Beautiful.
