Vähäisesti vaahtoava, hieman samean utuinen punertavanoranssi olut. Tuoksu banaanisen hedelmäinen. Maku makea, pehmeän banaaninen, kuitenkin raikas. Keskitäyteläinen suutuntuma, hiilihappoja kohtalaisesti. Oikein toimiva kokonaisuus, jossa alkoholi ei nouse esiin lainkaan.

Draught @ [ SOPP 2015 ] @ Railway Square / Rautatientori, Helsinki, Finland. [ As Plevnan Weizenbock ].ABV: 7.5%. Unclear - hazy medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, banana, yeast, sweet fruit, clove. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, clove, banana, sweet yeast. Body is medium, texture is creamy - watery, carbonation is soft. [20150723]

Keg at SOPP, Helsinki. Cloudy amber, creamy head. Banana honey and figs up front. Sweet with medium-full body and rounded mouthfeel. Bread, banana and caramel. Mid bitter finish. Rich and pleasant.

Draught@SOPP Helsinki 2013. Hazy orange colour, small head. Aroma is fruity, floral, mildly wheat like along with some yeast and a bit sweet malts. Flavour is fruity, floral, herbal and quite sweet. Very nicely balanced though and also keeping itself quite fresh.

Aroma is somewhat stale and sweet with banana esthers and floury notes. Also some toffee and distant floral notes. Flavour is quite sahti-like with banana esthers, some strawberries and hops with citrus and grapefruit. Dryish finish with floury notes. A bit sticky and ’slimy’ feeling here. Unusually strong hops for this style. Good.

(Draught at Pikkulintu, 20130106) The beer poured muddy orange and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had banana, malts, sweetness and hops. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, banana, hops, sea water, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste had fruitiness, hops, malts and bitterness. Nice hoppy weizenbock.
