Featuring 100lbs of fresh mosaic hops from Perrault Farms in Yakima, this IPA is an easy-drinker. Soft and forward aromas of ripe tangerines and peaches are followed with a medium bitterness and bold hop flavor. A beer benefiting Skookum Kids Bellingham.

Draft pour enjoyed at Stemma. Somewhat cloudy and bright golden appearance. Rocky head. Thus beer is causing quite the debate at the table. For me, this is about as dank bud as a fresh hop gets. Grassy, pot hops, with a bold finish. Somewhat impressionable biscuit like grains in the background. Long lingering, sweaty hop profile. Dank dank dank. Interesting brew. Pretty good.

On tap at Stemma, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is very doughy, with tropical fruity hops, some dankness, and biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with tropical fruity hops, bitter pine, and doughy malt. Fresh and bright. This is excellent.
