On tap at The Beer Junction, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out gentle spicy peppers, cocoa and some woody barrel notes. Flavour is full of hot peppers upfront, followed by cocoa and wood. The integration isn't as good as the better BA impie stouts out there. Too hot and lacking elegance. It's alright.

Draft pour at Postdoc. I'm mad how fricken amazing this beer is since I'm in the middle of being angry about this place's recent change to outrageous beer prices. Jet black pour. Cream tan foam head. Chocolate, coconut aroma. Flavor is the same chocolate coconut goodness, but has a heat to it that isn't the booze. In fact, it's rediculously smooth, without being sweet. Soft bourbon underneath the coconut that lingers. Very good flavor. A true dessert of a beer. Loved it.
