We brewed this beer with a biscuity base malt with underlying caramel notes, an addition of lactose, and an addition of cinnamon on both the hot and cold side. We then packed this with peaches and vanilla and co-pitched our lacto culture along side our house Kveik strain. Jock Jams is BIG on peach and cinnamon, with a complex acidity balanced nicely with the sweetness added by the lactose. Drink fresh to preserve as much of the fruit flavour as possible.

473mL can, pours a cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with jammy peaches upfront, with lots of lacto, cinnamon and vanilla. Flavour brings out lots of cinnamon, vanilla and jammy peaches, with both lacto and lactose. Finished yogurty, jammy and cinnamony. Very nice.

Poured from the tap. Opaque yellow with white head. Sweet peach and apricot with a mildly creamy texture from the lactose. Only the slightest hint of cinnamon, almost undetectable. Very nice.

Draught at the brewery
Murky yellow colour. The acidity is prominent, but so also the juice character, more apricot than peach; the malt doesn't make me think of a cake, but it's good.
Nice beer.
