Tasting at Oakes' Manor, bottle; vintage 2016
Black colour, small light brown head. Dark chocolate, the sweetness is on the lower side for the style, quite boozy, some whiskey/spirit, but all comes together quite well.

22oz at Josh's roof. Appearance: almost black with a beige head. Aroma: a bit strange bourbon barrel, some cookies, roasted malts, liquorice, reminds me Singularity. Taste: thin, a bit sour, roasted malts. Overall: eh, ok.

Dark brown. Aroma has quite a bit of bourbon, with a lot of chocolate. Smells a bit hot. Sweet, sticky, hot, lots of bourbon, some sort of almond.

2016 vintage. 650mL bottle, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is intensely roasted, with harsh bourbon, booze, licorice, and big burnt wood. Flavour is intensely roasted, with burnt wood, bourbon, alcohol, and licorice. Burnt, hot, and harsh in many ways, but it's really quite tasty. Good stuff.

Jet black brown with a decent light brown head. Molasses and dark bourbon notes and chocolate. Bitter, sticky and sweet with a decent bourbon barrel note. Decent.
