Bottle from Whole Foods in Davis, CA. Pours hazy copper with a foamy beige/tan head. Lots of zest and malt in the aroma. Flavor is quite malty, but there’s a lot of hop. Very citrus. Mild hop burn starts fairly quickly. Heavy duty ale! Finishes not exactly dry, not exactly bitter, but very hoppy and very tasty.

Bottle to tulip. Crystal malt and tropical fruit. Malt is rich and doughy. Clear amber with off white head leavin slight collared rings. Taste is crystal malt and slight orange citrus.

Bottle at Carnitas in SD. Very hoppy - a bit thick and vegetal in the way some other Green Flash beers are. Was very excited based on the description - double red IPA - and it's good but not great.

Nice beer that is an update to the original recipe. A bit stronger in ABV, this still tastes like a really good DIPA, with citrus and hop flavors and aromas dominating.

Flaska@M.Bargo. Röd kopparfärgad vätska. Fantastiskt karamellig doft parad med ananas och tallkåda. Härlig balans av beska och sötma. Klart bra altanöl.

nice amber red color. Very strange nose, very malty with almost chemical smell. I really can’t place that nose. The mouth though was really nice. Excellent malt backbone with caramel and cherries. Really well balanced, alcohol well hidden. A firm solid Imperial Red Ale (no idea what an imperial Red IPA is, but this is clearly a red ale, not an IPA). Very drinkable. Lovely and great example of imperial red ale.
