Bottle 330ml. @ home. [ As Braustelle Kräuterkauz Kölner Nektar ].[ Trade by Koelschtrinker ]. Light unclear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, herbs, citrus - fruity, chamomile, oregano, mint - spicy. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration, honey - sugary warm, spicy, tart citrus - fruit, chamomile, honey, sweet, herbs, tea notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20150317]

Bottle, kindly donated by Koelschtrinker, many thanks. Hazy amber colored beer with thick off-white head. Strong herbal hoppy aroma with malt, honey. Taste, malt, honey, spices, herbs. Weird but good.

Mild herber Kräuterantrunk, leichte Süße. Die helle Würzigkeit steigt leicht, die Kräuternoten sind harmonisch. Weich, minimal bitter zum Ende. Wenig hefig. Kernig rundes Bier. 12/11/11/11/11/12
