Tasting at Mattβs
Cloudy reddish color. The aroma is a bit funky, fruity, vinous, minty, cheesy. Sour mouthfeel, very lemony, some berries, but not the complexity of a real Lambic.

750mL bottle, pours an opaque dark ruby red with a small off-white head. Nose brings out loads of earthy notes, dark grape skins, and cheesy funk. Flavour brings out loads of grape skins, cherries, earthy notes, and some funk. Not exactly like an authentic lambic, but pretty damn close. Quite funky, complex, and elegant. As damn near a true lambic as an American lambic can be. Excellent.

Bottle at Perogi/bottle share. Pours pinkish red with white head. Nose and taste of oak, cherry, red wine and tart funk/wild yeast. Lighter medium body. Very acidic.
