Bottle (2020 vintage) shared by Jow at Camp Tasting Finale--thanks, Joe! Hazy golden yellow with light sparkle, no head or lacing. Aroma is strong sweet fruit, including grape, tart fruit, hint of bubblegum. Taste is strong tart fruit, slightly sweet grapes. Frothy texture, soft carbonation, mostly tart finish.

500 ml shared by Jow. Thank you Joe. Aroma is white grape, soft citrus, and subtle funk. Flavor follows with mild white wine. Finishes lightly tart. Ends pretty clean. Drinks ok.

Bottle I grabbed from brewery and brought to group tasting. Nos sis bright citrus and white wine. Tatses of apricot, gooseberry, peach, sweet Riesling, oak, some grass. 2020 vintage so soft bodied. I liked it good palate cleanser after the few heavy hitters we started with.

Clear blonde. Smattering of white head.
Juicy grape and mild mixed culture. Well-homogenized. Low oak and good maltiness. Mild saison yeast, nothing crude.
Tart, not too much, with lots of biscuit and mild oak. Nice and dry with fruity, lightly juicy grape and delicate apricot essence. Maybe could show some yeast character a bit more profoundly but it's well-brewed and barreled for sure.

500ml on Alex's porch. Appearance: a bit hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: a bit citrusy with slight peppery notes and noticeable 🍇 notes. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: good one.

Pale. Hazy. Medium head. On the nose, there's the apricot and riesling for sure, but a muddle yeast/bug thing that's not helping bring those bright fruits out. Tart up front, and the bugs lend a nice accent. The fruits are just as bright on the palate, in good balance, but they aren't encumbered by yeastiness as the nose hinted (or as happened with Aeterna).
