Un Petit Peu (Translation “A Little Bit”) is the first offering in our Dry Hop Series. This blend of one year old mixed-ferment barrels was lightly dry hopped with the French hops Mistral and Barbe Rouge. The unique hops impart red berry aroma and flavor to this bright, light acidity beer.

375mL bottle, pours a fairly clear, somewhat hazy golden with a medium white head. Nose is wonderfully rustic in the saison yeast character, with gentle dry hopping, and a hint of vinous, tannic character from the barrels. Flavour confirms the aromatic impression, with a great blend of rustic and wild yeast, gentle tannic character from the wine, some wood, and a hint of dry hopping. Rustic, gently wild and subtly woody. The nose is more complex than the flavour, but it's well-made overall. Very good.
