On tap at Congress Beer House, pours a hazy dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma is characteristic of an English strong ale (think Fuller's Vintage Ale), with lots of chocolatey overtones. Flavour follows suit, with loads of dark chocolate, toasted caramel, and English bready malt. Really like that chocolate character here—it blends wonderfully with the English malt. Excellent.
