(Keg at Gallow Bird, thanks Seilori, 20150829) The beer poured pale golden and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had tartness and fruitiness. Palate was light bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were sweetness, tartness and bitterness. Aftertaste was herbal and bitter. A too mellow Berliner Weisse.

Draught @ Mikkeller & Friends, Stefansgade 35, DK-2200 Copenhagen N, Denmark. [ As To Øl Braziller Weisse ].Unclear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, citrus, lemon. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, sweet citrus - fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150527]

Draught. Creamy White good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter hoppy flavor. Not that sour. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. More lika an APA than BW.

Keg at Siren Sessions and Sours day, 11/07/15. Hazed golden orange with a decent off white covering. Nose is pissy citrics, straw, tangerine, on the turn melon, hint of vanilla. Taste comprises lemon rind, light wood must, pissy straw, melon, faint spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with light acidity rising. Solid ’Linner.

Tap @ Fermentoren, Aarhus, 4%. Hazy golden with medium white head. Aroma is malt, fruit with notes of lemon. Flavour is malt, fruit, baking yeast, little dry, notes of lemon, notes of acidity, wheat, yogurt, notes of bread?, little thin, notes of citrus, little peach and a little bitter.

Draught @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Pours hazy pale yellow with a s white head. Aroma of wheat, yeast, lacto, light sourness, fruit, watermelon. Flavor is light sour, wheat, light dusty, fruity, watermelon. Thin to medium body, average carboantion. Quite refreshing. 020815

Keg at the Hanging bat. Pours hazy yellow, thick white head. Light sour funk, light lemon sour aromas, some fruit and hop funk. Taste is light sour, light bitter. Watermelon comes through on the taste - unfortunately making it a bit watery on the finish.

Keg at the Siren sours and sessions fest. Translucent orange golden coloured pour with a thin white head. Aroma is light lemon, pollen, floral, honey suckle. Flavour is composed of light sweet honey, earthy, lemon. Tea leaves. Palate is light bodied. Moderate carbonation.
