Draft at the Great British Beer Festival 2014, Day 1 - London. Pours clear brown with a creamy, tan head. Decent take on the style, with notes of burnt toast, rounded chocolate, earth, baking cocoa. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Grainy toast finish with further cocoa and roasted malts. Pretty OK.

Cask @ GBBF 2014. Dark in the glass with a beige head. The beer starts quite neutral. Hints if roasted malt, fresh, easy to drink. Only in the end of the mainpart there is some sweetish malt, nice and smooth with a moderate bitterness coming in. The aftertaste is medium, fresh-malty, smooth and quite long lasting with malty-dry hints. Nice.
