Taster shared with Matt. Appearance: clear, like a champaign color. Aroma: pretty pleasant apples, a bit sweet with a slight acidity. Taste: along the same lines, slightly dey aftertaste. Overall: quite good.

On tap at Bale Breaker - Ballard, pours a clear pale blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma is gently oaky, with crisp apple skins and a hint of vinous character. Flavour is somewhat buttery—Chardonnay like, not diacetyl—with oak, some vinous notes, crisp apple skins, and gentle acidity. Interesting concoction; quite a lot more complex than your standard cider. Very good.
