Smell of hops, sugar. Cloudy amber colour, yellow head. Aroma of hops, alcohol, herbs, faints of licorice. Medium sweet, medium carbon. Could benefit from more bitterness or sweetness.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - BBE 10/14, from Alko, 20140205) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had soap, fruitiness and grain. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, herbalness, sweetness, malts and intense bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet and intensely bitter. Too unbalanced brew to be a good one.

Quite pale appearance for a DIPA. Aroma is messy with berries, some grapefruit, caramel, yeasty and woody tones. Flavour has berries, some grapefruit, grassy tones and a raw yeasty feeling with some bun dough. Also some pineapple juice. Somewhat bitter finish. Too messy.

A hazy, sliglty orange beer with a weak and blond head. The nose is fruitfull, light malts, some riped fruits, melon and glue. Taste of fructose and sweetness, some fruits, herbal/piney and long lasting hops. Medium bitterness dries the mouth but the taste isn’t totally dry. Medium+ bodied, low carbonation, nice and slippery to drink. This DIPA dosn’t totally convinced me, should be more fresh and not totally pure. Nice bitterness, anyway.
