Made specially for The Cider House in Vancouver.
The Burn is a dark, rich berry - a cousin of the blackberry - an almost wine like cider with a mild, spicy jalapeno finish.

Poured from the tap. Clear, dark ruby red with minimal white head. Bramble berry, apple skin, hint of jalapeño. Not totally cohesive, but decent.

On tap at The Cider House, pours a clear bright darkish red with a tiny head. Aroma brings out jammy bramble berries and light apple skins. Flavour is sweet and fruity, with lots of jammy berries, high sweetness, and a little alcohol. Lots of bramble and jammy sweetness. Simple but drinkable.
