Flaske 500 ml delt med Rune på tog mellom Newton Abbot og Bristol 29 Apr 17. Gylden. Middels høyt skum som daler sakte. Lett ferskenaroma. Smaken søt malt. Tørr avslutning.

Bottle 500ml. @ chriso Post-GBBF Tasting 2014. [ As Marstons IPA ].Clear medium orange - amber yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, toffee, light hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, caramel, light grass - dusty hops, cardboard notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140816]

Bottle shared at chriso’s post GBBF minidig 16/08/2014 . Aroma is nutty malts, some diacetyl, hop leaf and sulphur. Clear golden coloured pour with a thin white head. Flavour is nutty malt, some caramel, English hedgerow berry hop, sulphur. Palate is medium sweet, with high carbonation.

Bottle shared at chriso’s Post-GBBF 2014 Tasting - London. Pours perfectly clear yellow-gold with a creamy topping. The nose has light vegetables and pale bread, some hay. Light sweet flavor with more pale bread, light lemony hops, pale grains. Light bodied with average carbonation and creamy texture. Moderate sweetness at the end, with light bitter hay, florals, grass, dry dough. Fine.

500ml bottle from Morrisons. Pours clear golden amber, thick white head. Aromas has sulphur and mineral notes, floral hops and sugar. Taste is bitter, more sulphur, doesn’t come together well. Separate sweetness at the end. Not great.

Bottle from Morrisons, Salford. Golden with a disappearing frothy head. Its strength is immediately evident, and whilst there’s some pale ale texture, it does not have much flavour or character. Slightly floral nose.

Bottle shared at Chriso’s post GBBF minidig, 16/08/14. Golden with a moderate off white swirl and edgeing. Nose is green apple, caramel, malty, light biscuit. Taste comprises cardboard, light caramel, faint fruit. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, papery tones in a lightly drying close. No need.

500ml bottle from Morrisons. Amber colour thin white head. Aroma is slight floral hops. Taste is malts with a little hop with a bitter finish.

Bottle - Skunky and sweet grains. Clear gold with a decent white head. A little floral and biscuity malts with a light earthy hop. Still a bit too sweet.
