On tap at Pub Pit-Caribou Mtl, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out a subtle smoky character upfront, with soft whisky wheat on the underside. Flavour is gentle, with a really nice peat smokiness pervading the palate. There's a touch of residual sweetness. Calm and smoky. Nice stuff — on point.
