bottle from pivnizub! Golden with a white head. Malty with a fruity touch and a shy hoppy finish.

May ’15. On tap at the brewpub, served in a traditional, ceramic mug. Honey malt aroma with a weak metallic note. Lightly sweet flavor, honey malt with light herbal hop presence. Somewhat alcoholic, too. Thinner in body. Shorter in finish, which followed the flavor. Could be much richer for a bock, although still quite pleasant.

Bottle 330ml. @ home. [ As Giesinger Maibock ].[ Trade by Beerhunter111 ]. ABV: 6.5%. Unclear matt grey medium amber color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, fruity malt, pale malt, moderate hoppy, grass, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, pale malt, fruity malt, grassy notes. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20150610]

Many thanks for this bottle to Beerhunter111. Pours a cloudy yellow colour with off white head.Aroma is sweet of malt and fruity.

Bottle from Beerhunter111, many thanks my friend. Unclear orange color with medium white head. Sweet malt, candies, oranges in aroma. Taste, sweet malt, oranges, zest, light hoppy bitterness in finish. Good.

Hell malziger, wenig süßer Antrunk. Spritzig, ab dem Mittelteil etwas schwächer werdend. Milde Herbe, die Süße steigt etwas. Zum Ende etwas malziger. Gelungen. 9/11/12/11/11/9/11

Many thanks to Beerhunter111 for this bottle! Smooth and fresh beginning. Easy to drink but a bit sweetish. Round and smooth with dry roasty hints on a caramelly-dry but Heller-Bock sweetish body. Interesting but round. Malt-bitter aftertaste with not much hops. Sweetish on the tongue. Nice and interesting Maibock.

33cl bottle, 6,5% abv Minimal trübe goldgelbe Farbe, geringe weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch fruchtig malzig, hopfig, Citrus, wenig Getreide. Geschmack scharf malzig, leicht fruchtig hopfig, Citrusnoten, gelungen!

Bottled at RBESG 2008. A hazy dark golden beer with an orangey head. The aroma is sweet with weird notes of spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of brewmash as well as lighter notes of straw and malt, leading to a dry straw finish. The body is thin.
