On tap at Holy Mountain, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out apple core, crisp pink apple skins, and a tiny hint of funk. Flavour is somewhat buttery, with gentle toffee apples, crisp pink apple skins, and apple core. Not all that complex but it's clean and drinkable. Good.
