Cask pint at The Yard Bar & Kitchen, Cardiff. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma with distinct notes of gin / juniper berries. The flavour has citrussy notes, also notes of juniper berries and coriander. Refreshing and tolerably hoppy.

From cask. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is slight herbal, toasted malty and light fruity. Bitter, toasted, light grassy. Dry and slight herbal. finish

Cask gravity @ GBBF 2014. Pours a golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty weak juniper aroma. Fruity malty spicy caramel flavor. Hasa ffruity malty spicy finish.

GBBF Day 2. Cask. Clear gold beer, no head. Palate is light and semi dry. Very low carbonation. Dry malts. Mildly bitter herbs and spices. Touch of orange marmalade. Dry bitter finish. Nice idea but it hasn’t quite come off and the condition is not good.

Sampled @ GBBF day 2. Clear golden color, virtually no head. Smell and taste malts, a bit herbal, herbal bitter, slightly medicinal. Not my thing, don’t really like it.

Cask - Boozy and medicinal, gin I presume? Clear dark gold with no head. Herbs, medicine and barrel notes. Gin and beer don’t mix well.
