Flavour is indeed very bitter and floral, with biting apple skins, intense bitterness, a soapy lemony floral character, and some boozy champagne-like notes replete with aggressive carbonation. Well this sure is interesting. It's on the harsh side, both in terms of bitterness and the lemony floral character, yet it's refreshing and drinkable. Fun and interesting.
