Tap @ DØE. very dark brown with small beige head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, liquorice and wood. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, liquorice, caramel, medium sweet, hop and a little bitter.

Bottle - pours black with beige head. Roasted malty aroma and taste with some caramel, chocolate, coffee, some wooden nuances on the palate, very nice.

33 cl bottle. Pours pitch black with a small tan head. Aroma is herbal and dark roasted malty, breadish and chocolate. Bitter, roasted, liqourice and breadish. Dark malty finish.

Bottle at home. Black with a lasting off-white head. Aroma of licorice and chocolate with a touch of mint. Sweetish roasted flavour with licorice and mint. A burnt/roasted note, and warming alcohol in the finish

Black with frothy tan head. Aroma has smoke, wood and coffee, late alcohol. Flavour has more smoke, licorice and coffee. Good, roasted and hoppy bitterness with discrete sweetness. Medium, sticky and bitter finish. Nice one.
