Sample size, it is very drinkable. I taste fruit of some sort but prickly pear is not a familiar flavor to me. Lightly tart.

Amber, with a slight haze. No head. Lacto up front, the hibiscus is more noticeable than the tuna fruit, which offends my sense of justice. Still, it'�s not bad.

Pale peach color with sour aroma. Flavor is sweet and tart with a slightly funky sour acid finish. Nice and balanced.

On tap at Arizona Wilderness DTPHX, pours an opaque bright peachy pink with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright stone fruit, tart prickly pear, and some gentle yogurty jamminess. Flavour is full of prickly pear, jammy stone fruits, some hibiscus and a touch of barrel. Surprisingly deep, with a nice juiciness and gentle tartness to it. Very good.

Sampled from the tap at the Gilbert location. Pours a hazy grapefruit with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has tart prickly pear with a bit of citrus rind and light sweet grains underlying. Flavor has tart light fruits with a hint of dankness and a bit of sweetness in the finish.
