Bottle thanks to Mitch. Pours a cloudy golden orange with large frothy off white head that lasts. The aroma is strong citrus, funk, and honey. Medium mouthfeel with nice light tartness, fruit and honey. Good.

Cloudy and peachy, smells fruity, like cantaloupe, sweet but balanced, a little bit wheaty, fruity, decent balance and refreshing.

25.4oz bottle-shared by jtclockwork-pours cloudy/hazy gold with a light tan head. Aroma is berry, spice/herbal/floral, light/medium malt. Taste is soft berry with some tart, herbal/lemon hops, honey, light/medium malt-bready. Not as much going on here as the nose. Soft carbonation, easy.

Bottled@The 2nd ES/CS Beer Tasting. (thanks MM!). Slightly hazy ambery orange colour with a mediumsized beige head. Aroma is fruits, rather peppery along with some grassy and yeasty notes. Flavour is quite similar. The pepperyness leaves a nice burning aftertaste.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt as well as lighter notes of spices. The flavor is sweet with light notes of fruit, malt, straw, and lemons. The body is light.

Hazy gold amber beer, very frothy white head. The head is full of flavour. A sour fruitiness that I think comes from the elderberry. The head is also a little spicy and there are subtle floral flavours. The beer itself is not so intense but quite sharp and sour with plenty of fruit and spice. The ending is sharp and crispy dry. There is a brief floral sweet note just before the end. Extraodinarily flavoursome for a 3.8% beer and something unique. Great stuff!

Overpriced ($17.99) bottle. Pours with a hazed golden body and a minimal bubbly white head that fades quickly. Aromas are tart and musty with notes of fruit (berries), honey, concord grapes, and saffron. Flavors of cork, bread, lactic acid, DMS, and just not entirely pleasant. Lightly herbal. Light carbonation. Odd finish.

Weak juniper and elderberry nose. Cloudy golden, chunks, thin head. Tart flavor of sharp cheese and lemon. Very interesting beer, quite unique and good.
