Draught @ Akkurat. Pours clear golden with a creamy frothy offwhite head that slowly dissipates while leaving lots of sticky lacing and trace on the glass. Smell is slightly malty and floral with crackers, freshly baked bread, hay, soil, minerals and lemon peal. Taste is slightly sweet, slightly bitter, slightly malty, slightly floral and tiny earthy with crackers, white bread, biscuits, hay, minerals, iron and lemon peal. Mouthfeel is soft, round, tiny astringent and light to medium bodied. Finish is tiny sweet and bitter with bread, biscuits, hay, minerals and lemon peal. Balanced, smooth and all in all great. Slight metal in the taste brings it down ever so slightly but except for that this is close to a perfect lager experience.

Taster from the tank at the brewery. Glowing, super cloudy pastel yellow with lace. Fresh, young hop nose, lemony citrus, a bit yeasty and worty (this was a somewhat young batch). Very smooth and rich, freshly bakes bread, a bit doughy and yeast with the Cascade citrus flavor coming through. Great.
