Bottle shared. Clear golden. Quite dry, with soft fruit. This batch seems a bit more dry then earlier ones, but otherwise great.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is sour berries with citrus, oak, funky notes, light grainy, lemon. Flavour is tart and medium sour with a little touch of sweetness. Body is medium. Nicely sour and fruity, plenty of citrus and some funk. Very good.

Poured from bottle @ MBCC 2023 red session (finally adding my notes). Hazy yellow with small white head. Sea buckthorn, spruce not really coming through.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2023, pours a cloudy bright yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out the strange seabucktjorn notes, along with gentle funk and rustic saison yeast. Flavour is bone dry, with rustic saison yeast, seabuckthorn, and some grainy notes. Grainy, bone dry finish. Not a fan of the seabuckthorn. Meh.
