This version of our Fresh Hop Fiend series is possible because of innovative technology that takes fresh, unkilned hops and flash freezes them. They are then pelletized into lupulin rich pellets and stored frozen. We used Citra hops in this beer which means we can get freshly harvested citrus hop flavor any time of the year!
