Just imagine the fresh sea breeze on a warm summer’s day. This is Guldtop. Mandarin and cascade hop lends the beer a fresh fruity flavour; and the Danish barley malt, contributing to the round bitterness of the pilsner, sends your thoughts soaring. Hints of Citrus, lime and elderflower tickle your taste buds.

clear light yellow, white head. hay malts , faint straw, or grassy note too., faint malts. quite messy. flavor is better, malty with faint fruity notes, a less bitter than your usual pilsner end, easy drinking, but tastes just like any other cheap pils, although this one is not that cheap reg. price.

Bottle. Pours hazy golden yellow with medium white head. Aroma is grain, hay, plums and overripe sweet pears. Taste is light sweet, medium to very bitter and light acidic. Body is watery with sparkling carbonation. Finish is long and mostly bitter dry with notes of malt, grain, tea, dried flowers, sweet (over)ripe fruit, biscuits and hints of lemon. Very nice pilsner.

Bottle at Pre-GBBF Shindig 2015. It pours clear pale gold with a small white head. The nose is soft malty action, dough, sweet candy and dull stone fruit (perhaps). The taste is crisp, light grassy bitterness, lemongrass, minerals, dough and cracker with a dry finish. Medium body and mdoerate carbonation. Not a whole lot to it. Simple, but not all bad.
