We managed to cram all of summer into a can for this tropical masterpiece. We literally put the lime in the coconut and the result is everything you’d imagine it would be.
The aroma is coconut cream, lime citrus and subtle pineapple. When it hits your lips, you are immediately transported to a yacht in the Florida keys, the wind blowing in your hair with Steely Dan playing whimsically in the background.
You get a lot of lime in the mouthfeel with a subtle finish of coconut cream. While it’s not “technically” a sour, it’s a tart one.

On tap at Steamworks - Mt Pleasant, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Nose is full of sour lime, lacto and light coconut. Flavour is very sour and yogurty, with tons sour of lime and a touch of coconut. Cheap and yogurty despite the tasty adjuncts.
